Festival of Learning

This October the Department of Business,Innovation and Skills (BIS)is working with a range of partners to support The Learning Revolution Festival:
a month‐long festival to celebrate everything that’s great about learning for its own sake and to raise awareness of the benefits that informal learning brings for individuals, families, businesses and communities.

Throughout October hundreds of events, including taster sessions, workshops, demonstrations, performances, competitions and classes, will take place across England ‐giving current learners the chance to celebrate what they enjoy and others
the opportunity to try something completely new.

Libraries, galleries, adult education providers, sports clubs, voluntary arts organisations, reading groups,University of the Third Age groups and many other organisations are getting involved by showcasing their activities and giving people
a potentially life--‐changing experience.

Fabrication are getting involved in this and our october classes support the Learning Revolution. We are also able to put on classes for corporate and community sessions if you want your staff and members to take part

For more details about the Festival go to http://learningrevolution.direct.gov.uk/
