Saturday saw not just the celebration of our third birthday but also the launch of our new loyalty card scheme. If you were in the shop over the weekend hopefully you'll already have one of these cards in your wallet, if you don't then all you need to do is pop in to the shop and make a purchase over the value of £10 - this will get you your card and your first stamp.
Stamps are available for every purchase of £10 or over, and the reward for filling your card is a (free) fab Fabrication tote bag - handy not just for future purchases from us but also to keep in your handbag / manbag / car to avoid the new carrier bag charge from larger shops.

Spotlight on the Seller....Lisa Sew
Hello,
I'm Lisa of Lisasew
From
a very early age I had an interest in anything hand made. My parents and
grandparents all had links with the old textile mills of Bramley & Leeds
and I grew up in a family with a “make do and mend” spirit.
I
started with knitting thanks to my Grandma, sewing at school, followed by cross
stitch embroidery encouraged by my Mum.
Lisasew
was born from the idea of wanting to have unique accessories that I knew no one
else would have. I turned my creative hand to making fascinators for special
occasions such as weddings, parties and the races.
Family
and friends quickly all wanted their own slice of one off designs.
This
developed into a desire to have matching accessories so I moved into creating
original, made to measure bags and purses.
Over
the years I've made many bags and purses and realised a love of sewing and
giving that special handmade gift.
Since
the arrival of our son a few years ago now, I delved into the quilting world.
Creating my first quilt so we could cuddle under together. I can honestly say I
have never looked back. Quilting has changed my world in more ways that I can
describe.
Here is one of my latest quilt designs
that will be appearing in Fabrication
I
have left behind a 9-5 office job and now spend my time running a fabric shop
with my business partner Justine along side creating handmade sewn goodies,
like my purses and quilts.
